From Drab to FAB

Before:

After:

As you can see, I just got my hair cut again. I was really needing something new since my hair was getting long and hard to style. I'm liking the new hair do, and it's a lot easier to wash and dry. It's just what I needed before the holidays.

Who is this guy?

I forgot to post this

Here is a video of Leah eating her first birthday cake. As you will see, she didn't really like it even though it had bananas. To this day, she still doesn't like anything cakey (like cookies, pancakes, muffins, or cupcakes). I guess we don't have to worry that she loves junk food. Enjoy!

Leah cruising and her new pajamas

Here is Leah running around the house today. I tried to back up fast enough but she kept running towards me. The bottom video is Leah with her new pajamas on. The feet are really big so they get turned around and look like clown feet.

I'm a slacker

Was Halloween really the last time I blogged? Forgive me, folks. The days go by so fast, especially when you're reading the Twilight books (so good by the way). I just barely finished the last one, Eclipse, last week which is a big accomplishment considering each one is over 500 pages. I just couldn't put them down. Another reason I haven't blogged is because every time I sit down to the computer, Leah wants to jump up on my lap. Just recently she was introduced to funny homemade videos on YouTube with dogs and cats doing funny things. She was obsessed with watching them. So after she threw multiple fits when we told her no, we banned the videos and are now limiting our computer time to when she's asleep. We can't believe she's a YouTube junkie, and she's only just one. (Excuse the major pile of mess in our office area. It needs some serious cleanup.)

I also haven't blogged lately because every time I think about doing it, I feel like there's so much to catch up on that it would take forever. I know - too many excuses and I realize I don't need to fill you in on every little detail of our lives.

We're looking forward to Thanksgiving, even though Logan only has that day off and has to go back to work on Friday. I guess there's hardly any time off when you're a working man on salary. But we have lots of fun Christmas events planned every weekend between now and when we fly to Texas in December. 'Tis the Season!
