The past few days and nights we have been trying to get Leah on a schedule of less naps so she wouldn't wake up every three hours at night. She had two major breakthroughs the last two nights where she slept for seven hours straight, woke up to eat and then went back to sleep until 8:00 a.m. We (mostly me because I'm the one getting up with her at night) were extremely excited that she is getting the hang of things. She still has a hard time going right to sleep at night, but once she is out she can sleep for awhile.
We hope this pattern will continue in the future. Everyone, cross your fingers for us.

Careful what you wish for. Collin sleeps through the night now but we're lucky if he takes more than one nap during the day. It's great for sleep, but I only get about twenty minutes at a time before he starts getting bored and whining at me to entertain him!
She takes about three 30 mins to an hour naps each day so at least I have some time to myself.
Fingers crossed and good luck!!!
Oh, and we have some friends whos daughter sleeps 12 hours a night, and asks to go to bed when she's tired! Something to aspire to :)
Well, after your comment on our blog, I guess I can keep an eye out for Collin deciding not to sleep through the night anymore in a couple months! And I thought I was just lucky!
Hang in there Hillary. It happens, I promise. I hope it happens faster than it did with Isaac. Micah is a great sleeper it just takes some training. I am so glad you got to sleep the last few nights. Life is so much better in the morning when you sleep! We miss you guys.
