What an experience! Our first child was born Monday, September 4, 2006 at 9:54 a.m. She weighed 8 lbs. 6.5 oz and measured 20.5 in. long. She's a beautiful, healthy baby. Hillary's water broke at home Sunday night so we rushed to the hospital just after midnight. Hillary started pushing around 7 a.m., and the baby squeezed out a few hours later. Both mom and baby are now doing fine, but they're both really tired. And I'm beat too. Neither one of us is accepting calls right now while we try to get some shut-eye, but we'd love to hear from you all in a couple of days. For now, enjoy the pictures and send us some prayers for a quick adjustment to parenthood!

This is the first time she (kind of) opened her eyes. She's been sound asleep since then.

This is the beautiful woman who did all the work, holding the fruits of her labor.

This is the only picture with me in it. The blurriness accurately depicts how I perceived the whole event.

Congratulations! Now as young marrieds with a child, you no longer fit into the category of people who are worshipping idols by delaying child bearing! Make sure you say that in your testimonies next month.
Hooray!!! Congratulations!!! How amazing! I can't believe I was on the phone with Hillary just a few short hours before it all happened. Hillary, you look exhausted but beautiful, with a peaceful, motherly-like countenance I've never seen on you before. I know now that if you can do it, I can too!
Congratulations! Wow! I am so happy for you all. Everyone is healthy, happy, and smiling; this must be the Molyneaux family. You'll be in our prayers.

We are so happy Leah is here! She is just beautiful!! It's so cute that she picked labor day to come. Her Molyneux sense of humor is already evident. The pictures were so great. We can't wait to see Leah in person!

How very fun! Just talked to your Mom, Logan, and described Leah because the computer at the library is down.
And what is this TRYING to pretend like you know how Hillary's back and stomach feels to be hauling around Leah! But very cute attempt, I must say..........you have No idea. Sandra
