So for Christmas, Logan bought me a Gold's Gym membership. It was the only thing I wanted, and it's really come in handy during our snowy winter. We live two minutes away from the gym right now, so it makes it easy to go right after Leah's goes to bed. But we'll be moving farther away, so I'll have to make the extra effort to go. My ward is also participating in a stake basketball league. I haven't played basketball since I was three or four months pregnant, so it's been awhile.
There are some good girls in my ward that play with me and so far we've won both games. However, I don't know if they'll allow me to continue playing after we move. I hope they do or I hope I can find another group to play with. It's been so fun getting back into shape and playing the game. I'm just hoping all this hard work pays off so I can shed the rest of the baby weight.
Logan is also playing in our men's stake basketball league, and he's enjoyed getting back into it. Except for when he comes home afterwards, he is exhausted. I sometimes wish I could play with the guys' team because our games aren't always that competitive or challenging, but they are still fun.

yeah for gym memberships! :) i have really enjoyed mine since joining in december. and i don't know what the prices are like in UT, but when I joined the gym here, they offered 2 personal training sessions for the price of 1 - so Ben gave that to me for my birthday. I went yesterday for the first session and loved it! I'll go back in a few weeks to add a few more things on to the plan (and will maybe go back in 6 months to get an updated routine). Anyway, I came away from it feeling extra motivated and excited to get a more full-body workout (rather than just showing up at the gym and running on the treadmill all the time).
We need to get a team together in some league, some where and play!
