Fourth of July weekend, part 1

I'm a little behind in posting about July 4th so just pretend it was this last weekend. I wanted to go up the canyon for the weekend to spend time in the outdoors. We had such beautiful weather in the mornings so I thought that would be the best time for the kids.

On July 3rd we went walking with the Barnetts up the Provo River Trail that goes up to Bridal Veil Falls. They kids always love playing in the water and throwing rocks into the water. We even walked along the trail past the falls, and it was so shady and cool. Leah collected flowers and snail shells along the way. We love being outside and were glad that our friends came along with us.

The kids found a big rock that they wanted to stand on and feel as big as us.

That little boy couldn't possibly be Cameron! He's just a baby! Man other peoples kids seem to grow up so much faster than my kids. Do you ever feel that way? In any case, dang. You have cute kids. :-)

Looks like so much fun! Your kids are so cute, Hillary. I can't believe how much they've grown. And Cameron, what a little blondie he is :)
