March Madness, Molyneux style

This month has gone by in a whirlwind. Every time I would sit down to write a post, I would get distracted with something else or feel so totally exhausted that all I wanted to do was veg out on the couch. So here is my attempt to recap the last few weeks in one post. We'll see how it goes.

I enjoyed throwing a baby shower for Logan's brother Braden and his wife Haley (the shower was mainly for Haley). We had a great turnout from friends and family, and it was fun to see all the cute baby stuff they got. I also enjoyed catching up with other moms and friends without having to worry too much about my kids.

We have continued to do potty training with Leah but she is still in the preliminary stages. We try to make it a huge deal when she does use the potty, but most of the time she just wants to sit on it because we wants a treat and wants to wear her princess Pull-Ups. We're open to any methods that have worked for you. Please comment if you have any good ideas. Here is Leah in a pretty Easter dress we found at Costco after my mom told me about them and gave me some money to get one for her. She kept saying "Leah is a princess."

I got to play basketball twice this month. A group of moms play every Tuesday morning at a church in Orem. This morning I got to leave Cameron home to nap, and I took Leah with me which was a piece of cake. There was almost ten girls playing this morning, and it felt really good to get some exercise.

Cameron continues to be one of the cutest almost-four-month-old on the planet. I love when he goes from his signature blank stare to his huge grin. He is also continually in motion, kicking his legs and moving his arms. We have hypothesized that he will be a runner or a soccer player when he gets older. Just in the last couple of weeks he has started to arch his back and roll to one side while he's on his back. I know he will be rolling over and crawling before we know it.

We also got to see our friends from our Chicago ward, the Broughs, who were visiting family in Salt Lake. They made us a yummy breakfast, and we chatted about our kids and played all morning. They have a son named Joseph (3) and are expecting another boy in May. It was so fun to see them.

It has been a great month, and I'm sure there's a lot more I could blog about. But this is all for now.

How fun that you saw the Broughs and that you captured those cute pictures. Good luck with the potty training... I was just reading an article on babycenter today about potty training in 3 days or less (but really it's potty training in 3 months) - http://www.babycenter.com/0_potty-training-in-three-days-or-less_10310078.bc
