More about my cute kids...

I meant to include a few more things about Cameron in my last post (turning six months). We have been trying to feed him rice cereal and a couple of other foods during the last few weeks, and he loves to spit them out. He either pushes them out with his tongue or he full-on spits and sprays me in the face.

We don't know what to do with him. Leah usually liked what ever baby foods we fed her, so it's weird to watch Cameron not like them. I think we just need to keep trying to feed so he will get used to it. He is very interested in grabbing our food at meal times, but doesn't seem to be interested in eating baby food. I hope this changes so that I don't have to be the only one feeding him. Maybe he'll just go straight to table food and be just like the rest of the family. My pediatrician suggested mixing vanilla ice cream or pudding with his rice cereal. I don't know if I want to try this, though.

And when he sits in his booster chair at the table, he always sticks his feet straight out and even hooks his big toes on the end of the tray. It seems like he is always trying to push off with his feet. He is just building up his leg strength so he can play basketball (and dunk) some day.



















Leah wanted to pose for a picture shoot a couple of days ago with Cameron sitting right in front. She kept massaging his shoulders, and they both would smile big at different times so it was hard to get a good one.
