Logan made me breakfast on Monday morning - chocolate chip pancakes, syrup and whip cream (a family favorite we adopted from my sister-in-law Kristin). And because I woke up early with the kids and was still tired, Logan let me go back to sleep for an hour and a half and it was wonderful.
He also made me lunch -hot dogs, corn on the cob, and cheesecake left over from Mothers' Day. And because we had another coupon for free dessert from Chili's, we decided to meet there for dinner.
My good friend Anna from my ward watched Leah for us, and I brought Cameron to dinner. It was so fun to have two dates with my husband for my birthday. I am so blessed to be married to a wonderful man who has made me feel so special. Thank you to everyone who helped me celebrate over the weekend and helped watch our kids.
Oh, and you can't really tell from this picture (I couldn't get my camera to focus up close) but I just got my wedding ring cleaned for my birthday. It had been a couple of years, and I am so pleased at how they look brand new again.
