He still is a very active boy (I don't know if there are boys out there that aren't active). He is usually kicking his legs and moving his arms if he's laying on the ground. And when he is siting up, he's trying to reach out and grab the nearest thing to put in his mouth - which sometimes is my hair or shirt.
He's very good at rolling around the room and moving to where he wants to go, but he doesn't enjoy being left by himself and wants to be apart of meal time, play time and bath time. There's a good chance he will be crawling soon.
I just took him to the doctor's for his six month check up, and he is still off the charts in his height. Here are the stats:
29.5 inches long (99 percentile) -- and that's the maximum length for our infant car seat so we might have to make a switch soon.
19 pounds, 12 ounces (86 percentile)
18 inches in head circumference
He also loves to suck on his tongue any time during the day and loves to babble away while he chewing on toys.

you're so good at documenting all your kids' milestones! I should be better at that. Cameron's getting so big! They grow so fast huh? Especially baby #2!
Hillary, He is so cute! I can't believe he'll be 6 months old. I am glad he is such a good baby for you!
Time is going so fast - I can't believe your little guy is 6 months and mine is 4 months! And I am impressed (but not that surprised) at his stats - the height is a no-brainer. And he's a solid kid too, he has nice proportions! It would be funny to be super long but super skinny.
I remember we switched Eli to a convertible car seat at 6 months - I'm guessing we'll probably do the same for Charlie since he's a chunker.
That last picture is my favorite. Such a great face!
Such a cute lil guy!! I cannot believe he's so old already, I was thinking he was about half that age. How time flies!!
